1. Who we are

2. Our products

Every item sold here is made by hand in our own workshop in Romania, from solid wood. Because of that, no two pieces are identical. Grain, colour and figure vary from piece to piece, and the item you receive will differ slightly from the photographs. Dimensions are given with a stated tolerance on each product page.

These variations are a property of the material, not a defect, and are not grounds for a complaint on their own. Your statutory rights in case of an actual fault are unaffected — see section 7.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Shipping is calculated separately and shown before you pay.

Business customers registered for VAT in another EU member state can enter a valid VAT identification number at checkout. Where the conditions for an intra-Community supply are met, the order is invoiced without Romanian VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.

For markets outside the euro area, prices are converted automatically at checkout. The converted amount is indicative; your bank's rate may differ slightly.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you place it.

4. Orders and contract

Adding an item to your basket is not an order. The contract between us is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was displayed incorrectly due to an obvious error, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we do, you get a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout, through the payment providers listed there. We never see or store your card details.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the carrier or by customs are outside our control.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to a person you designated.

7. Faults and legal guarantee of conformity

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time at contact@nobilegno.com with your order number and photographs.

Under EU law you have a legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery. Where an item does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or a refund, under the conditions set out in Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Romanian implementing law.

We cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Full details and the model withdrawal form are on our Right of withdrawal page.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs and text on this site belong to Noelino Toys SRL. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for personal injury, in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our products are decorative and functional wooden items. Follow the mounting instructions and the stated maximum loads. We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation, from mounting into unsuitable wall material, or from loads exceeding those stated on the product page.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer provisions of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the time you place it.
