Noelino Toys SRL is the controller of any personal data processed through this website.

We process your data on the following legal bases: to perform the contract with you when you place an order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); on the basis of your consent for cookies, analytics and marketing emails (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning shop (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep order and invoice data for as long as Romanian accounting and tax law requires, currently a minimum of five years. Contact correspondence is kept for up to three years after the last message. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
