Refund policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. See our Right of withdrawal page for the full procedure and the model form.

To be refunded in full, the item must come back in the condition you received it. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of receiving proof that you sent it back — whichever is earlier. The refund goes to the same payment method you used, and includes the standard delivery cost you paid to receive the order.

Made-to-order and personalised items

Items made to your specifications — including engraved pieces and custom dimensions — are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This is stated clearly on the product page before you order.

This exemption does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email contact@nobilegno.com within a reasonable time with your order number and photographs. We will repair it, replace it, or refund you — and we cover return shipping.

You have a legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery.

What is not a fault

Every piece is cut from solid wood by hand. Variation in grain, colour, figure and small tool marks is inherent to the material and to the making. Dimensions are stated with a tolerance on each product page. These are not defects.

How to start a return

Email contact@nobilegno.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We reply within two working days and send you the return address.

Do not send anything back before contacting us.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible.
