Everything we sell is made in our own workshop in Roman, Romania, and shipped from there. Below is exactly what you pay, how long it takes, and what happens at the border.
Processing time
Orders leave our workshop in 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items take longer; when that applies, the product page says so.

Rates are calculated by total order weight at checkout. The prices below are the starting rates for a small parcel.

Add more, pay the same
Shipping is charged in weight bands, not per item. In most of Europe the rate is flat up to 2 kg, and flat again up to 4.5 kg. A single cabinet knob and a box of twenty often cost exactly the same to ship.
Customs and import duties
Orders within the European Union carry no customs charges. Prices include Romanian VAT at 21%.
Outside the EU we ship DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. All import duties, customs charges and clearance fees are settled by us before your parcel arrives. The courier will not ask you for anything at the door, and there is nothing to pay after checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
This applies to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada.
Delivery times
All delivery estimates are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order, and exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs clearance can add time outside the EU; we can't influence that.
Packaging
Everything is packed in recycled cardboard with paper cushioning. Larger panels are corner-protected and boxed individually. We do not use plastic foam.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is collected. If it has been more than 48 hours since that email and tracking has not updated, write to us at contact@nobilegno.com.
Something arrived damaged
Photograph the parcel and the piece before you unpack anything further, and send the photographs to contact@nobilegno.com within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund, and you do not pay return shipping in that case.

We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. If your country isn't on the list, write to us — we'll tell you honestly whether we can arrange something.
