If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you designated other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
Where an order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
How to exercise it
The quickest way is our online withdrawal form. Fill it in, confirm, and you will receive an acknowledgement by email straight away, with the content of your declaration and the date and time it was received.
You may also inform us of your decision by any other clear statement, before the period expires:

To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we reimburse only the standard cost.
Returning the goods
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — including engraved items and custom dimensions — under Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Where this applies, it is stated on the product page before you order.
